Our clients, new to the building process, had engaged us for their blockwork only, with supply and labour. They had already experienced a six-week delay with the groundwork (foundations) before we arrived on site.

We brought their house and garage to roof height in 7 days. We moved on to our next project, waiting to return when they had completed the roof so we could finish off our part in their part build project.

However, it was six months before we received the call to complete our part, due to delays with the roofing contractor. Our client had found this very difficult and frustrating to manage due to family connections with said contractor.
