We Will Build The Parts You Don’t
CC House Builders are also very experienced with part builds. What is a part build? This is where you ask us to complete any part of the self-build or one-off housing project that you either don’t want to do yourself or perhaps do not have the equipment, time, or expertise to complete. So, it may be that you have cleared the site and require us to dig and pour foundations, install underfloor heating, or complete the shell and roof. Once we have completed these parts of your project you can then plaster, paint and decorate, etc.
This means that we can also handle all and any aspects of your building project. whether it be installing all your heating, plumbing, and electrics or if it’s just plastering with a new roof. Job done right.
