Due to the steeply sloping nature of the site, the house design (built over three levels) and extent it was a complex and challenging build. We were most impressed with the attention to detail with which Allan approached every aspect of the build, and coped with a significant internal change of design which we incorporated as the build progressed. The supervising engineer at the time was also highly impressed with the quality of Allan’s work.
